For money?
No.
They will send you referrals, only:
- If they are convinced about your solutions and overall experience.
- Only if they can absolutely trust you with their reputation.
The competition in the service industry is very high.
Your client can convince others, only if they are 100% certain about your company with no fear of embarrassment.

career counsellor voiceofvipinAbsolutely agree. Counselors are like doctors. If the patient is satisfied with the treatment then he would refer to others. A pleasing personality with empathy are add ons for referral and lead generation.

The important question for a referrl is, whether can I expect same 100% quality consistently everytime. As rightly mentioned, the expectations of the client is muc higher when they are referred by someone and we need to be mindful about it.
A referred Customer cost a lot less to acquire and has a higher lifetime value than non reffered.
If your client is happy with your counselling and guidance as well as your professtional ethics they do consider to send referral.
What else you need to add here to make stong bond is little bit of healthy conversation along with your said service when you provide little more i.e good time during session, they tends to send leads to you
Your genuine approach to aid them...and if they are content with your service they would definitely send referrals
The good and honest interpersonal bond with them during the same process.
